We offer comprehensive after-sales service. Customers who purchase a SANDA watch through our official website can verify its authenticity using the QR code label on the back of the watch. If confirmed as genuine, you can send the watch back to us within one year to replace the movement, provided the movement itself is not faulty (excluding battery leakage issues).
Since you have carefully inspected and confirmed the case, crystal, strap, and clasp at the time of purchase, any subsequent damage to these components caused by human error is not covered under warranty.
